No HOT water!

We're experiencing trouble because of the lack of heated water. It just happened previously twice.

Very first time we'd this issue on the week day and also the 2nd period was on Sunday, weekend, that will be more inconvinient, since people on breaks often perform a large amount of cleansing, getting bathrooms, etc. I Have been awaiting heated water for the whole evening, I named landlord. She stated she gonna resolve the issue within 20 minutes. I had been awaiting over 2 hours and nothing changed. We designed to visit our buddy's wedding and were late for 4 hours!!! We're able tonot have a bath in the home. This so inconvinient and frustrating, particularly when you spend for lease and do not get the providers you paid for.
