Gardnerschoice ripoff, sent me 2 dead trees about 3 inches tall

Ordered 2 trees. Received 2 dead trees. Tried emailing them, doesn't work. Tried calling them phone, stays busy. Was going to write them, that probally won't work either. Any suggestions? Going to contact parade were i seen the ad. Also thinking about contacting the attorney general's office. Don't like being ripped off.
