Stolen money

Mr. Jeffery Caccasco of JCSI Certifed Roofing required a look for $15,000.00 from us for roofing supplies. He couldn't purchase the roofing supplies since his consideration was stopped from the roofing sales office. Mr. Carrasco got the cash anyhow AND NOT sent the roofing supplies. He's not delivered some of our cash and proceeds to possess liens and reasoning on him and his organization for not spending his expenses or providing his conditions of the deal.

He's changed his organization title, shifted around and place issues in others titles to prevent his clients and suppliers. He's not really a great individual and proceeds to maneuver through living cheating people.
