ADT isn't into security. Ripoffs..incompetent

On July 13, I contacted ADT to cancel my service. I gave all the info required on their form and they responded by saying they would get back to me within 48 hours. That is the only responses they have sent me to date.

I also informed them that their incompetent installer caused about $500.00 in damage to my home. That issue has never been addressed or even acknowledged by them.

Today (August 16) I emailed them again and asked when they would respond since it had been well over 48 hours. The response stated that they were sorry but I hadn't given them enough info to access my account.

My advise to anyone reading this is... DON'T GO WITH ADT FOR HOME SECURITY! If they can't keep track of their own emails I don't think they can be depended on to keep your home secure.
