I came acorss Judi Stahlecker as a referral from remax agent Alan Smith in Colorado. She came over to my house and did two things. She stole from me by taking cash off a counter top. She was later charged for this and plead guilty i think. Second, we have heard form numerous people that she overcharges for her product. She is simply a middleman or a rep. You can find lower pricing in the phone book from almost anyone else. We asked her about this and she said she made $150 on our transaction. We called her supplier and she made a 50% markup which was over $1000. I am not saying its wrong, we paid and were dumb, but you can get a more honest person, and do it for less if you dont use this company of gal.

I have also had anonomous calls from other clients saying they had the same experience. Beware.
