Do not pay sub's: Lie about payments and hard to chase down. Well designed fraudulent activity, teaming to steal money

Beware of Mark Pass, said owner. If you where found in the yellow pages or a said referral you are being set up to perform your quoted work for free.

First you will be told the work is urgent with plenty more to come after. A change order may occur during the speedy job you are trying to complete.

After the work is done you will be told the check is in the mail, but to your surprise you are later told it was undeliveralbe but only if you followup. You may, as we where, be asked to come and get your money but not at the office, you have to meet him. Upon defining a location and time you will be left alone at the meeting place and throughout what may be 5-8 hours of waiting in the area to receive your money you will wonder where Mark Pass is. Most likely, something else will have diverted him, ie. Freeway accident, flat tire, lost because of GPS etc. He'll act stupid but never appologidic.

After more weeks of contact with promises of payment you cannot track them down, further false locations and meeting places along with accounting problems, program problems, no-one in the office and I'll call you backs, still no money but discussions and commitments of future work coming. You may also be told there is a problem with the job, further wasting your time along with a crew as you discover nothing.

During the next several weeks, as the main office at Millennium denies they know who your company is or are aware of any job you did, Mark Pass will tell you he has his own accountant and he handles the jobs. But in the mean time Mark will say he has attempted to send you a check via:
Supervisor will hand deliver,
Federal Express,
DSL, RPS,
Certified Mail and
UPS.

While nothing ever arrives you will be given, if asked, a fake tracking number or another excuse, usually the accountant. You will never receive anything in writing, especially when Mark tells you he will email any information. You will here only "I'll talk to my accountant" or I'll call you back".

The owner, Larry Snyder, as listed with the ROC, will not contact you, emails or otherwise. The office personal, if answering the phone state they will give a message but know nothing about your problem with no one ever available to help you.

These guys have no concern or worries they will get caught cheating sub's out of their money. A hired investigator has quoted Mark as now saying that if we want our money, we'll have to take them to court. Why then the weeks of lying and leading on about payment and future work with no complaints along the way? Fraud was and is their profession.

It is fraud and they must be stopped. All comsumers and contractors should first check the BBB with 6 complaints and the AZ ROC with 2 open complaints for non-payment starting May and 5 consumer complaints in the past 2 years.

Anyone with further information on Mark Pass, which may not be his real name as the Corporation Commission nor the ROC have any record of him as an owner should file a complaint with the ROC immediately against Millennium Landscape, INC ROC license# 150400. Any consumer researching may discover you have had work done without a permit or by an individual without a license while using Millennium as a front.

If they are currently performing work for you, watch what the they do and ask if anything is to code, you will discover substandard work. Ask the workers who they work for and if any sub's are performing the job. Please warn them as they may return at a later date to inquire if millennium was paid in full. Do not be afraid of a preliminary lean, as these are to protect the subs from criminals like those at Millennium and Mark Pass.

These guys are professional liars and smooth talkers, you will be led to believe you will be taken care of only to discover you have been TAKEN.
