Took $1000 deposit and disapeered

The owner of this company is a real class act. Tom Holdin took a $1000 deposit for an install of a new septic tank. Tom told us it would take 3-5 business days to get a permit back. After 1.5 weeks I contacted him, he said that Orange County had not yet returned the permit. After another week had passed called Tom, once again he said he had not recieved the permit. Decided to make a call to the Orange County Health Department to check if ANYONE had try to pull a permit for our address. Guess what, NOTHING. Called Tom and asked him to return my $. Tom says he doesn't have it. Its been a month and a half and this scummer has not returned my money. Avoid this shister and ajaxx septic.
