Poor workmanship and won't stand behind their own guarantee and standards

I'd a 40'x90' pole barn constructed by Ron-Bilt in August. Based on Ron Bilt, thier structures may endure winds as much as 90 mph. Additionally based on Ron Bilt, they spot their articles 3' in to the floor or even further. Listed here is my problem. We'd sotrms yesterday with high winds up-to 70 mph. Their building didn't endure these winds. The whole building was uprooted and tossed into regional wood in a number of loads and items. The articles didn't shear down, but were drawn straight from the floor. After I calculated, and got images, of the the marks on each article to determine how heavy the were truly within the ground, these were just 2'-7" within the ground. Any good company might let you know this really is undoubtedly not deeply enough. And so I approached Ron-Bilt almost instantly. I talked with January in the organization after which additionally the dog owner Melissa. Melissa just spoke tome after being informed many times the operator did not wish to hear my tale. Neither January or Melissa actually created an effort to assist me out. All-they mentioned was that it had been an act of God plus they weren't liable. Not just one! Both January and Melissa were really rude in my experience in each telephone call plus one had one objective. To have from their obligation. If this is the way a business that happily cashed my $22,895 check this past year treats people, please do yourself a benefit AND NOT employ Ron Bilt, NEVER!!! I've today approached a lawyer and ideally he'll pursue them enamel, fang and claw. Oh, additionally they hung-up on me the final period and stated they did not wish to notice from me anymore.
