Ripped off, will work after paying deposit

My wife paid Artistic Aluminum a $450 deposit to construct and install two new gates at our home in August. We had used them in the past with the results so we were not hesitate in selecting them. The gates were supposed to be completed in about 12 weeks. They called and said that the gates would be delayed which was not a major problem for us at that time. After a while with no gates nor any additional follow-up we started sending them letters and leaving voicemail messages (they never answer a phone). We have been trying ever since the spill response on their behalf. I guess the next step is small claims court!
