Don't buy from Spa Cap, they do not stand behind their product

I purchased a new spa cap from this company. Based upon their web page, and speaking with the lady on the telephone that claimed she came up with the idea I thought they were a reputable company. The cover for my hot tub failed within 6 months of receiving it. I sent it back for repair and was told I would have it back quickly, which I thought meant a couple of weeks. When I did not receive it back in 6 weeks I called. I was told that I would have it back soon. After 4 months I contacted the BBB which was advertized on the site. I was told I would have the cover back in 2 weeks. It never came!!!

The company is still accepting orders and claims to offer a 3 year warrantee. Do not belive it.
