This man has not paid the employees the wages he owes us and it has been over 6 months. New Smyrna Beach

It has been 6 months since I last worked for this man at KingFisher Steel in Rockledge, Florida. He still owes me and the other employees money for hours worked and for business related reimbursements.

He recently contacted me regarding these posts on this website. He is what he asked me; "What do I need to do to get you to withdraw the information you have posted
on the internet?
Thanks-Charles"

It seems to me that he did not like to see the truth about himself posted on the internet. I answered him with the following; I asked him to pay me and the other employees the money that is legally owed to us by this man and his company.

I never received an answer to my response. I guess he was just trying to get me to something else. Who knows what?

DO NOT do business with this man or any of his companies. He has a new company or it might be an older one he is trying to get started again. It is called Safe Harbour Building Systems. This company is not registered with the State of Florida Division of Corporations or is it registered in South Carolina. He has since taken the website off the internet.

All I want is the money that is rightfully owed to me and the other employees for the time we worked and to remiburse for travel and other out of pocket expenses.

He has scammed an elderly man in Fort Myers out of over $20,000 and a few general contractors out of $50,000 - $100,000 worth of deposits, including an air ministry grroup from Merritt Island.

Plus he does not have a contractors license in the State of Florida.

I can not stree enough to everyone, DO NOT do business with this man!!!
