John Landegger of Capitol Realestate will not adhere to Town's rules and divided the price of a dilapidated stop wall highlighting his home. He's been pulling this out for a long time. He promises the wall could be fixed. He's his company draft an inflated estimation for fix so he is able to get 1/2 of the price. All of the companies we'd consider the wall wouldn't actually start to repair it. It is beyond solving. The wall provides a risk to anybody around it. It wobbles and also the blocks are shed. They come down by themselves. There's no rebar, This wall was built-in the 60s when no rules existed. We have to inform anyone who might think about using the services of Capitol Property and John Landegger to consider twice. Their qualities are badly stored. All of the yards are burned, the walls falling apart. If something fails, the tenats need to repair the issues.
