Sold a Poor Product

Bobby at Sleep USA Mattress sold us a aweful mattress. We purchased the mattress boxspring set for about 700.00. We only had the set for about a week when a huge hole began to form in the center of the mattress (yes we had proper support/frame under it). Not only did Bobby tell us that he could not help us because North Carolina law says no returns after 24 hrs, but provided us with no help what so-ever on resolving this issue, the product was clearly flawed, I mean come on a huge crater formed in the center of the mattress after one week! When you pay good money you deserve good service. Do not be fooled by this salesman and his practices! I am not a WCU student, but I would caution all students to stay far away from Sleep USA in Sylva.
