He NEVER answers his phone.
A lady needed ambulance a year ago and he was nowhere to be found
He does not fix problems in the unit on time.
He keeps saying move in than I take care of you. IT'S A LIE.
He keeps the deposit you give him even if you clean the unit, good luck getting it back.
Eveyone moves out. Do not move in.
