Please steer clear of Patty Craft, her associates, and most of all the All About Properties contract. She will ride this contract on you, but will never obey it on her end. I had a property vacant for 6 months once her group took it on. Then they claimed they ran credit on the tenant that moved in, and charged me for it. It turns out this was an employee of her company that had a meth problem. My house became a meth lab, got totally destroyed, costing me $10k in rehabbing, then I had to pay for an eviction for her employee to leave.

The worst part is that my home was new, never had been rented, and all my appliances were also stolen out of it. I get the feeling that the story is slightly different then the account from Patty Craft as stated above. I think she lived there with her family, wore my place to the bone, then sold my appliances, and got me to pay $10k to fix something that probably took $2k for paint and carpet. This situation is common out in Idaho with groups such as All About Properties. Beware of this group.
