Breach of contract

Joe was employed to correct main errors from the prior company, Faithway Building, Bonnieville KY, and also to transform our master toilet and our 2nd toilet in January. He's been taken care of supplies and work. He, or some of his team, hasn't found up since April 22. We recently discovered he's invested the cash and it has not obtained all of the supplies for the 2nd toilet. We're in telephone contact and also have obtained a chain of false claims. The agreement claims all function is likely to be completed by tomorrow Might 22. We needs to employ another person to complete our toilet. This employee discovered a myriad of substandard design that needed to be fixed. (unsupported edges, stained over colored foundation pieces, shortcut timber items stuffed in with caulking, drywall decorated after which covered and remaining, roof column cut brief departing pit in both ends, door-frames constructed and mounted then your timber floor place in making spaces around door-frame where they attempted to unsuccessfully reduce around them, screen mounted not flush with exterior particle-board and never completed left towards the components. Particle-board has swelled and pressed exterior out. Suit pending. Imageis upon request.
