Ripped off ordered 10 trees, took 3 months to get them and then they all arrived dead consumer fraud ripoff

Ordered 10 trees, the fast growing ones,

They arrived after 3 monts and were all dead.

Phone number no good but i will try and send them a letter, but i don't think that will help. I even gave them the benefit of the doubt and planted them anyway... What a waste why did they send them when they knew they would arrive to late to save.
