NRP, tells you your investment its worth it, But How much the lot it's really worth?

I purchased and paid it off a lot an arkasas and another one in florida which i couldn't continuous to pay, so in their contract of deed states, in case of the buyer's default of payment, seller's sole remedy shall be to terminate the contract. And now I'm told I'll be forclosing on the land to give them the deed in liue and my credit went to the trash after havinf en excellent credit.

Can someone give me an advice about this, can they legally ruin my credit
