Homeowners Beware! This appraiser is incompentent, unethical and a fraud. My wife and I purchased a home that Joan Purtell was retained to appraise to
ensure fair market value. My wife and I relied on Ms. Purtell assesment and purchased the home only to find out after we had already closed that Ms. Purtell supported a pre-determined inflated value with inappropriate comparables. Do use this appraiser for any type of Real Estate Tranaction!
