Predatory Contractor, People in Sonoma and Marin Counties Beware!

Christopher Dluzak is a predatory contractor. He filed for bankruptcy in 2006 under his company ZAK Enterprises. Taking money from various homeowners and clients promising to build their projects, he left a lot of people (clients, material suppliers, and subcontractors) high and dry. See article:
Facing federal charges for his actions, he somehow managed to walk away relatively unscathed.

In he became the Responsible Managing Employee for OLI Enterprises, Inc and he's done it again. He has a practice of underbidding jobs just to get them and then upgrades work and materials (often without telling clients, or anyone else) and bills for work done after the fact. He rushes jobs, doesn't supervise work properly and when mistakes are made, he leaves all involved to suffer the consequences of his bad judgment. This time he walks away leaving the others at OLI to deal with his costly mistakes. He has already gone on to activate another license under C K Dluzak Enterprises. The State License Board has received numerous complaints against him, but he simply keeps moving from company to company and gets licensed under different license numbers.

Mr. Dluzak acts as if no job is too big or complex, when in reality, he has no experience in how to operate or manage a construction company with any integrity, efficiency, or within budget.

Anyone living in the Bay Area, specifically within Sonoma and Marin Counties please beware! This man has preyed on too many victims already.
