Freedom Climate Control Drug addict trying to be a contracto

I hired Kurtis Cring owner of freedom climate control lic. # C20 894949 to do a simple job for me at my place of residence. First thing was he was 4 hrs late. He claimed he was caught in traffic. Not a big thing. The big thing was while he was performing the repair for me he dropped a nneedle from his jacket pocket that had been used for street drugs. I didnt notice it right away. My todler child found it and picked it up. To say I was devastated would be an understatement. When confronted about it he became very violent. After he left with my a/c tore apart I checked him out and found that he is a fugitive from justice and is currently being sought by Los Angeles County Sheriffs office with warrants of 100,000.00.
