James Siedel is a briliant, very disturbed individual who has moved around the country inflicting great damage to solar companies with bazaar behavior. He sold us on his great competence in the solar industry and we thought for all the world that we had a real winner working with us. We were very wrong.

We now have reports from Texas, Georga, Florida, Oregon and California of bazaar behavior and damage he did to companies and good reputations.

James Seidel cost us over $2,600 on one job due to complete incompetence. He turned on us when the customer complained. James has extreme, sad and severe problems with rejection. He greatly embarrassed us with friends at the California Energy Commission and does not know when to stop.

He has absorbed massive amounts of our time trying to dig out from the damage he did by stealing $11,400 worth of PV materials purchased by a sweet retired lady. Working with 2 Sheriffs departments, we did a great amount of work to recover the property that he shipped to Oregon when it should have been shipped to the customer in Sacramento. He even tried to sell the property. He should be in jail but somehow skirts the law.

He is very threatening, self justifying and litigious. When challenged he resorts to awful and absurd character assassination. Every lawyer he tries to fool into helping him drops him as soon as the facts are known.

The damage he did goes on and on. I hope this report saves some other solar company from the terrible fate we and many other solar companies have suffered at the hand of this disturbed and vengeful person.
