K-2 Roofing Took our money and ran, leaving us with NO NEW ROOF!

We were approached by CSI on 9-7 and told we were eligible for a new roof and they would only charge us what the insurance estimate allowed. The insurance adjustor came and inspected as well and agreed that we needed a new roof. Our insurance adjustor cut the check right there for 3/4 of the allowed amount, with the remaining to be held back until work was completed. We handed Troy Wise, of CSI a check for that same amount on 10-01 and that is the last we have seen of this company.

They kept in phone contact... Or should I say I did, up until January 30. We were told time after time that they couldn't get supplies, that they grew too fast, etc. Etc. I dealt with Dominic, and a woman named Edith Cencero as well as Melissa King. They all assured me we were "on the list" and that we should be getting the roof at the end of February. Shortly after that the phones at their office started ringing without being answered, or rang busy, and then nothing at all. We filed a complaint with the State's Attorney General's Office and would also like to take them to court. Owner Melissa King and Glen Jessen need to be held accountable. We NEED a roof and cannot pay the out of pocket cost. These people are unethical and disgusting.
