Product ordered for fundraiser event. Product not received. Contacted representative Hope Cole 636-575-8348 immediately. Told item was on backorder. Weeks later, called back. Told item was discontinued. Was offered substitute or refund. Requested refund. Provided my address to send a check (for $10) no check. Called back. Hope Cole won't take or return my calls or mail the refund. Contacted Celebrating Home corporate headquarters. Friendly at first. Last correspondence March 23rd. No response to e-mails. Filed complaint with BBB. Blogged on local news sites under customer advocacy. Spreading the word not to buy anything from Celebrating Home which used to be Home Interiors based in Texas.
