Arhaus
Must like sitting on the floor, sofa not delivered in 4 months and counting

I ordered a sofa from Arhaus in dec. and was told that it would take 10 to 12 weeks for it to be delivered. Then, about 7 weeks into the wait, I got a call saying that it would be delivered 2 weeks early (mid - Feb.). So according to their policy, I got rid of my old sofa to make room for the new one.

When I didn't hear about my sofa being in, I called to see about the exact date of arrival, and they told me it wouldn't be in till the end of Feb. THen, the end of Feb, I was told that it was delayed again and would not be in till mid-March. Then, mid-march it was delayed again. So, here I am, 4 months after I ordered a sofa from Arhaus, and I am stuck with NO sofa at all because they continue to push the due date back.

To make matters worse, the manager told me that this happens all the time. I suggest that no one buy furniture from Arhaus if you would like to receive it in a reasonable about of time.
