Sent me an e-mail stating they could save my home from forclosure for $1500 dollars and make my payment affordable to my current income position. 3 months latter no website, just a voice mail box

In january i recieved an email from new hope laon modifications stating they could save my home from forclosure. I shared the news with my family and they were so excited that it brought tears of happiness to our dinner table that evening. We have sold everything to save our home. The bank quit taking our money. "new hope mods" said for $1500 we will save your home, reduce your payment and get you back in good satndings. So... We wrote out check and filled out our requested documents to start the process.

Now it is march 25 and a totaly new group of people are running the opperation. The people i started with are gone, the phone response has no company name just a general mail box, the website is inop. The lady i finaly got on the phone had no clue as to what was going on with my case. G.M.A.C. The original loan company sent another letter proceeding with an amended petition of forclosure. The attorneys for representing the case for g.M.A.C. Have no information as to the actions of "new hope mods" presenting my case to save and modify my loan. Now i have run out of time with possibly no hope of saving our home.
