Biggest Rip-Off Eve

Like many other new or experienced realtors I signed the contract to get the leads. But all of these were fake leads & the people do not want to receive any e-mails or CMA's. Most of them unsubscribed.

When wanted to cancel the contract no way out as others explained, can wreck your credit history. Downsize the contract but extended it from 12 months (1 yr) to 18 months.

I hope there are some good attorney/lawyers available against these suckers.
