If these swimming individuals cared about their clients and meant to finish our pools, would not you believe they'd have informed people that which was happening right from the start and reassured us constantly they meant to complete? We closed our agreement 5/29/08 in order for them to excavate and develop a new pool. They began excavating 7/7/08. Anything was proceeding smoothly up to these were compensated the 2nd to last check where we'd the gunite, plumbing, hardwood and coping. We didn't but still don't possess the terrace or pavers, the diamond brite, the gear with no electric hookup. Coincidentally several (most? All?) people have provided 95% of the cash for them. Is anyone within the 'simply offered them a deposit' phase? Perhaps RA Milneris in onto it also. This is exactly why Rodney therefore properly agreed to provide us an estimation to complete. What is Milneris organization name? Perhaps we have to additionally stage fault in another path. Relinquishing the permit when there have been those pools to complete...
