I am a handicapped person seeking assistance to find a place of my own. I came across their website and signed up. I thought everything was free. Next think I know my debit account was overdrawn! I did not realize what they were charging! When I tried to contact them, NOTHING!

I've left several emails and have gotten no response. I actually emailed a different company with a similar name by mistake and they are the ones that told me about them and about usacomplaints.com. I cannot afford to spend $120 on something like this with what little I make, and I am not getting any govt assistance right now
