NPH is a Rip Off! Buyout/Repair/Replace

Placed a Claim for a Dryer repair on 02/14; they dispatched a repair service on 02/16/09 to make the repair. They paid the repair company $290.00 for a repair that did not repair the dryer. NPH was contacted on 02/17 to inform them that dryer continued not to operate. The repair men informed them that it would be very costly to make the repair. NPH offered me a buyout for $175.00 and declined to repair or replace the dryer. I find that this company is a rip off, because I renewed my $900 contract with them three weeks prior on two properties. Therefore, it appears that they are only interested in collecting annual premiums’ and have no intentions on honoring their contracts agreements
