Product damaged during shipping, improper packaging according to US Postal Service slow prossessing

Ordered pasta Pot Express over the internet. Very long delay in receiving the order, on opening box on receipt, large pan with order was damaged due to poor packaging of the product. Took package to Post office, they advised product was improperly packaged for shipment according to US Postal Service Regulations.
