PLEASE dont buy anything from GARDNER-WHITE YOU WILL BE SORRY

I purchsed a $999.00. Couch from the store Manager Karen at the GARDNER-WHITE Southfield store she was oh oh so very nice spoke about god and was very attentive I was very impressed.

So I bought a Couch it was delivered to me and I sat on the recliner ends for the first week, until I sat on the middle section I knew I was In Trouble it SUNK Right down to the wood. I immitedly called in to the store and spoke to Mrs Preston who is in charge of complaints. She sent a MAN out to inspect their defected couch and I Knew Then I WAS RIPPED off.

He said "This Couch Is made like this the company is aware of this manufactures defected peice of junk they call CAMELOT". He also refused to sit on it in fear that he would not be able to retreive him self from it and refused to put on the report that it is a defected Couch. Im so sure they pay him to do their dirty work. And because he say on the paperwork there is no defect thay have just neglected the CUSTOMER ALL TOGETHER AND WHEN I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK MS PRESTON SAID NO AND SPOKE TO ME SO MEAN THAT I CANT BELEAVE THAT GARDNER WHITE IS STILL IN BUSINESS.

So I have a Couch that only TWO people can sit on and That STORE MANEGER Karen Who wears suits too small wont return my calls and hides when I've came to the store.

PLEASE PLEASE DONT BUY ANY THING FROM ANY OF THE GARDNER-WHITES THEIR A BIG RIP OFF no one should have to be subjected to this kind of treatment im glad I have GOD in my life. I know Karens god is Satan she runs like the devil in too too small suits.
