Rip-off scam hires illegal aliens hires ex-cons

These people work in 1/2's and doubles. If they tell you it will cost $500 to move you, expect to pay $1,000 or they will hold your TV and refrigerator in their truck. If they break something, expect to only get 1/2 to 1/4 of what it's worth, even if you provide photos.

If the speed limit is 50, they'll drive at 25. If it's 30, they'll go 15. Driving time is doubled so this is where they make the most money off you.

Then, when you complain, expect to get a HUGE run around on the phone and you will be transferred from office to office, and "manager" to "manager." Then, in the middle of trying to settle your dispute for 50% of what you're claiming, that "manager" will up and quit the company and you get to start all over again with someone else.

They hire ex-cons and illegal aliens. Be especially careful if they send you Mr. Butler and/or Mr. Washington. Mr. Butler was "in training" at the time of my move and basically just watched Mr. Washington wrap my TV in bundles and bundles of rugs and tape. They also charge for tape and will use many, many roles on things and you won't be able to get it all off either.

This company caused me 6 months of pure hell, both in my physical move and then again when trying to settle my claim. And what did I get for all my troubles, my time and my broken items? A measly $50!!!

This company should be investigated by someone with the authority to put them out of business!!
