Outrageous real estate fraud on ebay

Recently, I was nearly ripped off on eBay by Daniel Eaton, con artist, this lying scum of the earth, who tried to conive me into paying him over $14,000 for a home in Dunkirk, New York which he lied about being in good shape and ready to be moved in condition. The photos have junk piles of rags spread out all over the floor, which he claims was from people who lived there and are moving out. Then this other person Joy Goodsell said she didn't know anything about the home, and she is supposed to be the owner of this house for sale. Finally, Daniel Eaton admitted the pipes were frozen and, "it would only cost a few thousand dollars to repair them". I know, common sense, a home with broken pipes is NOT in move in condition. This idiot must think people are naive and gullible to try to deceive them in this manner. When I asked him why Joy Goodsell (if that is even her real name) doesn't know anything about the property since she is the owner, he lied again and said she is elderly and does not know anything nor has she ever lived in that home. Joy Goodsell is not elderly, and she sounded like a young, inexperienced person in her late teens to very early 20s'. Next lie, Daniel Eaton said he and Joy Goodsell have been property investors for over 25 years. Since they are young and inexperienced surely, they couldn't be selling such stuff since they were in elementary school? Furthermore, Daniel Eaton's emails are very unprofession, as well. He called me a "bone head" and asked me if "I have lost my mind and what I'm drinking". How can someone who is supposed to be a seasoned, highly professional real estate investor email such nasty, abusive garbage? Moreover, he refused to answer any of my questions about the home, and only repeats, "This is a very nice home". I am concerned he will try to con somebody else out of money who does not know any better. This guy will use peoples' ignorance to manipulate them with all kinds of nonsense and baloney, so he could get some "easy money" and then run for the hills. Do not buy any property on ebay unless you take the time to investigate and make sure the people you are dealing with are legitimate. This Daniel Eaton is a very unscrupulous piece of junk, abusive, and has the making of a real conartist!!! I hope he gets expelled from eBay, and he should pay hefty fines for his corruption and indecency, for deceiving people. Daniel Eaton belongs in jail for his real estate fraud. I wonder how many people have already gotten burned and robbed by this crook.
