Failed to ship merchandise that I ordered on 12/15. Order confirmed, card charged

Overcharged by $20.00, call to 800 number and a credit was applied to credit card. Last time I was able to contact was about 12/31, all published numbers for the website are no longer in service. I too am having to dispute with this company thru my credit card company. I also suspect that this company is experiencing bankruptcy and has no intention of refunding any money for non-shipped merchandise unless prosecuted. Appears that a Brad Hall is listed as CEO and has had many addresses in Florida alone. Hopefully this website is will not allow any more orders.
