This building and buying procedure was a headache. I'm confident you will find others which have experienced same issues with this contractor. I had been lied to plus they forced me into final - confronted me with dropping my deposit, declaring there is not a problem with possible bankruptcy - they lied. These were currently along the way of processing after I shut on my house. Their part of fees were left outstanding regardless of the proration contract authorized and observed at final. I actually donot understand why contractors may bail-out as Paul Aranda did? The typical populace can't bail-out of the expenses once they are left with outstanding fees and expensive repairs on the house which were said to be resolved twelve months previously-before final. Anything must be achieved!
