Attempted to gain access into home

Meter reader "Roger W" - the only real title that Oncor will give you me with - from Oncor experimented with follow-me into my available storage about the morning of January 6. He didn't determine herself, there is no-work vehicle noticeable. Or did he arrived at the leading doorway like a regular skilled individual might have completed. Since I had been endangered by his steps and anticipated for my security and also the security of my kid, I called 911 and trigger my alarm in the home. At virtually no time while I had been awaiting the police did he actually arrived at the leading doorway, he alternatively PUT within the SHRUBS as the police were on the approach! Is that this exactly what a regular meter audience might do? Once the authorities turned up, they merely explained, "He Is the meter reader." I told them used to donot care who he was, he'd no to follow a lady into her storage and gain entry into somebodyis house in this way! I've a duplicate of law enforcement statement and submitted a criticism against Oncor using the PUC. I totally anticipate Oncor to deliver me a published apology plus a look for $75.00 that was the cost evaluated in my experience by my local emergency response group. This meter reader, by his unprofessional (felony?) actions, trigger a series of occasions that immediately triggered me to get this $75.00 cost. All he'd to complete was arrived at the leading door and band the doorbell. He clearly had various other plan than simply speaking by attempting to follow a lady into her open storage! I'm happy that I called 911 and certainly will get it done again if he attempts that again, actually possibly pursue him with mace if he attempts to damage me again. Ladies of north richland hills watch out for this meter reader who tries to check out ladies to their garages!!!
