A tree branch dropped on my 80-year old dadis power-line. He did the things they did before deregulation and named the ability organization to get rid of the branch. ONCOR sent a subcontractor who informed my father they didnt do this and he'd need to take it off. Additionally they informed him they'd turn off his energy since the point was on the floor. My dad, who's hard-of-hearing, stated the cable was simply onthefence, not the floor and achieved to consider the companies palm to exhibit him. The company informed my 80-YEAR AGED dad he might "stop his butt" if he moved him again. He advised him he would create my dads existence a living nightmare. My buddy questioned if he would abandon an 80-year old-man without energy and he said yes. He lied in his paperwork declaring he had no use of the lawn. It was exactly the same lawn that my father was attempting to consider his palm and direct him to. My dad wouldn't abandon his residence as he's electrical gates that may not be shut and he desired to remain in his house. This BASTARD is likely to be handled, but till that point my dad may be the one that gives. ONCOR is inexperienced and mentioned they have togo from the statement. Quite simply, their workers are usually correct and my 80-year old dad is just a liar in addition to my buddy. This is a quantity of the operations heart if anyone really wants to keep in touch with a live person. They do not as if you having this quantity but, WHO CARES???
