Shipping is "free" because the furniture is never shipped! Atlanta

I ordered a set of indoor benches from this internet furniture company. The furniture was very reasonable, and seemingly good quality. Be careful: the webpage is very sophisticated and professional looking - nothing like what you will be dealing with once an order is placed.

After placing an order over the phone, I was told the furniture would arrive in about five days, but "corporate" states to tell customers within 10 to 14 days. I was also told that I would not be billed until the furniture ships. Two months later, still no furniture, and of course, I have been charged from minute one.

I dealt with one individual the entire time - "Damion." I had numerous phone and email exchanges with this individual to resolve the matter. He charged my credit card within minutes of placing the order, and to this date, claims he has issued me a refund after multiple complaints. This is completely false. He has threatened me with his "lawyers" for slander, which is quite funny. Funny... Lawyers never call; just like furniture never arrives; and refunds are never issued.

Summary: No furniture; no free shipping; no refund; phony looking receipt; phony shipping information (no indication of how it was ever shipped); company can not answer basic questions such as: 1) when was furniture shipped; 2) what method, etc. The excuses you get from this guy are hysterical at best and mind-numbing at worst. First he blamed everything on Federal Express; then it was the bad economy; then it was "the girls" at corporate. Huh?

This was a complete, 100% fraudulent transaction. I was ripped off for $319 or so. Please, buyers beware! He posts all over the internet via all Craigslist and other free advertising sites. There is an additional complaint about this company on this site. I have proof of my purchase; all my email exchanges; proof that a credit was never issued; proof of purchase, etc. Damion will say anything to keep you (the customer) hanging on... Tells me he is going to issue me a 30% discount, then a 40% discount, then he says that he will ship the furniture "anyway" as well as issue me a full credit.

I have reported this transaction to federal and state authorities for investigation of fraud.
