No refund for confirmed returned steamer

I returned the Tobi Steamer that did not work as advertised on TV. It was signed for by one of their employees, according to UPS Tracking. I have sent them four (4) email reminding them to refund my money. Five (5) months later, still no refund. The last email I sent yesterday to Tobi's Customer Service came back undeliverable! DON'T BUY from this company. Tobi Steamer does not work like they want you to believe. We tried it. It is cumbersome, it is awkward to use and it DOES NOT remove wrinkles like they want you to think. Worst of all, this company have more tricks up their sleeves once they have your mone and your account number to either keep on charging your account or simply ignore refunding your money. Just read the other reports on Tobi. These are only the people who know about usacomplaints.com and filed a report. How about all those unfortunate people who got sucked into buying a totally useless piece of junk but didn't know about bbb to file and air their grievences? When you read this, get the word out - Don't Buy Tobi!
