Bill you after return 30 trial ripoff

This past summer I did the 30 day trial. The makup was no better than the one from walmart. I called for a return number and sent it right back. I just received an email from the company stating that they have not received the "7piece" package. Now, the offer said you only had to return the "makeup" not the brushs. The first lie. They said I had until a day in March to return or I will be billed, Thankfully! I have changed banks since then. I sent them an email and told them, Good luck with that! And that by deceiving people they are hurting the companies that operate honestly. This type of experience puts a bad taste in anyones mouth for ordering. I also told them that my return had my return address on it, I didn't receive it back so I know they have it. I was told when I canceled that I would receive a calcalation email, never got it. Anything with a trial like this, forget it!
This is my response to they email that said not to respond to:
See your email below: I received a return number and RETURNED your product I believe last sumner. I also had my return address on it, and since it wasn't returned to me I know you have it.

It's a dam shame that companies cannot be trusted at their word. You said it was a risk free trial. And now you want to tell you that you didn't receive my return. LOL

And, you think you're going to debit my account? I DON'T THINK SO! I changed banks since then. The account I had when I signed up with your dishonest company is now closed. Good luck with that!

Your company is a total rip off, you are dishonest and I will write a review on like about the way you operate.

When you try to cheat customers, it hurts the ecomany and makes you and other companies lose sales. You put a bad taste in their mouth and they won't order anything because I just what you are trying to do to me.

Your company must be in the red for you to try to take money from people by fraud.in fact, I'll just report you to the BBB. Sure that will help you with your sales. Especially what I write on the "rip off" site. Millions read it everyday.
