Central unit needed some adjustment

First time back in home from storm, (8/11/07), central air not working proper; call and was told would come in check; call several times, no response; first time service needed freon (new unit); had to call another company second times same, no freon; three times to find out system have leak which WILL cost about 400.00 to 500.00 from service man. A new unit (Goodman) shall not have problem; Where is the money is suppose to come from? These suppose contract should make to pay and jail for making people hurt more than they are all already
