A Better Restoration Company
T.J. Cowart An employer who does not pay employees

Construction & Repair

T. J refuses to pay his employees and has been going on since the company has opened. He used to pay with in the same week that paychecks were due but lately it has been over a month. His excuse is that he is waiting on a check to clear. The newest one is he is waiting for a check from London England. Recently he said he was going to pay us on Friday and guess what happened? Come Friday he laid off everyone and said that he is not going to pay what is due to any of the employees. He will not take resposibility because he feels that he is not in controll of the business but god is. Beware of this company of they are looking to hire you. Has has also been known for shorting the paychecks when he has paid. Beware and do not take a job from this company.
