Order was placed w/John at Carolina Furniture on 9/7/02. Sent deposit check of $1534. I followed up on order 100s of times via FAX, voicemail & even spoke with HR twice who gave empty promises.
On 2/7/03, when I pulled up the scam information, I immediately FAXED HR letter requesting refund & followed up with telephone call. HR did pick up phone & said he had no problem cancelling order & promised refund within 7-10 days.
I intend to get my money back & will pursue it to the end. What kind of a human being takes money from hard-working people and believes he can get away with it???
