Little Giant Ladders 22 foot Ladder Collapsed with me on the 16th rung. Wing Enterprises is irresponsibile

I had a new Little Giant Ladder collapse under me when I was on the 16th rung in a ladder store showroom while the salesperson was giving me "safety training". He had set up the part that failed.

Two crushed vertebrae, one crushed heel, two weeks in the hospital, two years in rehab, Little Giant never accepted a spot of responsibility.

The guy who handled the claim for them (Through a third party Risk Management firm) Had been an attorney until he got disbarred for being dishonest. I guess Little Giant felt he was Honest enough to represent their interests.

I own a competitor's ladder now. 1/3 the price and just as well made in my opinion.
