Beware: He made many promises to me that were never completed. He went 12 months beyond his promised completion date. This cost much money because i could not occupy the home and still pay mortgage on it. Odonnell also cut corners on serveral parts of the rebuild that cost me much money to have repaired later. His denial and passing the buck is waht made things worse. The fact that he keep taking so long to remodel my home and then use all these excused why it was others fault cost me an additional $51,436 on the remodel.
