Terrible experience

Your desire converted into a headache with Janks Building. After 2 yrs in settlement, which we gained, we discovered that Janks employed an illegitimate contract, required a significantly larger deposit than permitted legally, employed fake sub-contractors, breached the illegitimate contract, and did function that in numerous places didn't satisfy building requirements.

By 3/18/08, Janks has didn't spend the total amount granted us from the American Arbitration Association.
