Fraudulent selling practices

Entered into a contract in June with this company for a sunroom. They promised it by the end of October. The purpose was to have this done by the holidays. They took $18,500 from us and never competed the job or for that matter even started it. They refuse to return our money and do not return calls. It turned out the salesman sold us a product that was not hurricane proof (which is what we specifically requested living here in Florida). The owner then attempted to have us enter ito yet a separate contract with NO completion date. It is now December and we are out $18,500 AND THEY REFUSE TO RETURN IT, we have no sunroom and are forced to spend money litigating this. Buyer beware: never ever do business with this company!!!
