Bait and Switch, Costing consumers tens of thousands of dollars, dont back up their product

Building a new home I wanted a high end window, and went the Window and Door superstore because they were my local distributer. I ordered over $21000.00 worth of windows and doors, and they required payment before delivery. The windows were ordered in all the wrong sizes, when I called they said "sorry nothing we can do" so I had 2 options either go to a different distributer and order $21000.00 worth of windows and doors that are correct (totalling $42000.00) or resize all of my rough openings, I chose the latter. I felt like customer satisfaction was the very last thing in mind. This is the company that has locations in Orland Park, Downers Grove, and Sycamore. Not to be confused with the Door and Window store in Oak Forest, IL, whom I went to for all the windows that I had to purchase that just could not work. The Door and Window store in Oak Forest, was amazing, and I will continue to give them all of my business.
