Here is my follow-up for all of you following my (and your) Centex Corporation (Centex Homes) and/or Fox and Jacobs Homes, CTX Mortgage Company, or Centex Homes, Inc. Complaints on this board or advocates for consumer protection with the Federal Trade Commission—{Yep, they have been reported to them, too! You need to file individual complaints for your situation to the FTC Consumer Protection Dept. At www.ftc. Gov to show a 'pattern or practice' for them to do something against this company... Trust me, I know about this stuff from all my legal research..}

Anyway, my husband and I have FINALLY filed suit against CENTEX CORPORATION ET AL. (17 Defendants total) on January 27th in U.S. District Court; Northern District of Texas; Dallas Division. We are Pro Se Plaintiffs at the moment—but, we are going to fight the fight and stand firm for our rights!
